Dedicated Account Manager
Each customer is assigned an experienced Account Manager. This person is your contact for any questions ranging from marketing effectiveness to game utilization analysis. Your Account Manager will ensure that your poker room is making the most out of automated poker.
Dedicated Project Team
From the moment the contract is signed, a Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, and IT Specialist will walk you through the entire installation process. Through a site survey and regular project calls, this team will consistently make sure requirements are met and your concerns are addressed.
Training Team
Our training staff will teach your employees everything there is to know about the PokerPro System. From technical training and system maintenance to cash management and software support, our staff will make sure everyone is comfortable using the PokerPro System. We will help you integrate PokerPro tables into an already established poker room or transition a new room to be fully-automated.

Integrated Marketing Program
Our marketing department will work with your team to increase your customer base and drive traffic into your casino through targeted onsite promotions.
